Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through our website are final sale. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please refer to our Warranty Policy for assistance.

Age Verification Requirements

To comply with Canadian regulations, every order is shipped using an Age Verification delivery service. Customers must present valid government-issued photo identification upon delivery or collection to confirm they meet the legal age requirements for purchasing vaping products.

If age verification cannot be completed and your order is returned to us, the order will not qualify for a refund.

Used Products

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are confirmed to have a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty policy.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 5 business days after authorization. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account after we receive the returned item, where applicable.

Returned or Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to our warehouse due to delivery issues—including incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages—will be reviewed by our Customer Support team.

If your order qualifies, we may issue a refund minus the original shipping charges. Orders that originally received free shipping will be subject to a CA$10 return handling fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Reshipping Orders

At this time, we do not offer reshipment for returned orders. If your package is returned, you will need to place a new order. Before checking out, please ensure your shipping address, contact information, and delivery details are accurate to help avoid delays or failed deliveries.
